From Los Angeles, I flew out East on to Newark Airport - what better way to spend a day than above America! A short trip across the Hudson river later, and I'm in New York City, New York!
I enjoyed my time there, again I did alot of walking, particularly back and forth across the Brooklyn Bridge. New York felt - to me - so different to LA.... dare I say slightly more civilised, though certainly no less fun! I hung with friends, saw the sights, drank with the writer of Jarhead, ascended iconic buildings, toured museums, galleries and stadiums, ate at Toms' Diner, had the World's Most Fabulous Cheesecake, and read The New York Triology on the streets on which it's set.
Don't forget me New York, I'll be back soon...

Amazing. Great pics! Especially like the one of the Flatiron building (possibly my favourite in NYC??) and the last one of the isle of Manhattan from the plane. What a view!! I hope to go there soon.
