In more recent developments, Dan and I celebrated the New Year (and his imminent departure to the other side of the world) with a visit to the White Horse of Uffington.

...I attempted some American style cookies, they were nice, I got tsp confused with tbsp, so they were a little salty, but otherwise quite edible...
